Why now

After many years designing and delivering infrastructure, I am deliberately moving toward AI and infrastructure architecture. Writing things down is the most reliable way I know to test whether I understand them, so this blog is partly for me and partly for anyone working on similar problems.

I will be transparent about how posts are produced. When AI tools helped draft or edit a post, the post is marked AI-assisted, and the ideas, decisions and final review are mine.
